Great place to stay, friendly staff, and nice room. Only negative was the wifi, not great service. But overall a great one-nighter and would stay again.

Although the place is old, it is well kept and clean. Room is spacious. Relieve manager was very helpful when we needed urgent documents printed.

Apart from smoke detector with no battery and waiting at reception while I could clearly hear manager. I accidentally booked a week later than the arrival date. Following morning Owner claimed my card did not work and charged me for the night. Did not mention it was not my card at all but a number provided by wotif. The number was valid a week later. Contacted wotif they contacted owners and I have spoken to the owners about it. No attempt to refund less an admin fee (as it was my mistake) Night cost me over $200.00

Aalbany Motel cannot refund you money that you have not paid them, you paid Expedia or Wotif so they have to refund you. As you did not stay with us the next week we cannot claim that money from them. If you had payed us then we could have refunded you.

Nice quiet location just on the outskirts of town. Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed. Only negative is car park is a bit squeezy. Great place to stay.

The manageress was helpful and her son assisted with the setting up of Foxtel. Nothing was any trouble. They allowed me to check out at 12 MD because I had a late flight.

Fridges need to be on before you arrive, very nice to have to bottles of water in the fridge but they were warm, otherwise very comfortable

A comfortable stop for the night
A rather outdated decor but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Narrow car spaces difficult to manoeuvre. Fine got an overnight stay.

Nice Motel but fridge not turned on
Motel facilities quite ok but we only found out the next morning that the fridge was not turned on. Parking is a bit tight but ok and it gave us a quiet nights sleep in a comfy bed.
