"My stay at The Westin Rishikesh left me with mixed impressions. While the property itself is well maintained and located in a beautiful setting, the level of service provided by the Front Office was deeply disappointing and fell significantly below the standards one would reasonably expect from a luxury hospitality brand. Throughout my stay, customer service appeared to be a low priority for the Front Desk team. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and guest-focused service. In my opinion, the Front Office would greatly benefit from additional training, stronger supervision, and more experienced personnel. Ms. Neha at the Front Desk appeared more focused on promoting transportation and car rental services than on efficiently performing her primary responsibilities related to guest check-in and assistance. Similarly, Ms. Priyanka, the Front Desk Supervisor, was unapproachable, dismissive, and lacked the courtesy and professionalism expected from someone in a supervisory position. On multiple occasions, I found the Front Office staff to be unresponsive, disorganized, and indifferent to guest concerns. The most serious service failure occurred during my departure. Despite repeated follow-ups, it took approximately 90 minutes for my luggage to be delivered during check-out. This unacceptable delay placed me at risk of missing my flight and caused significant and unnecessary stress. Such a lapse reflects a serious breakdown in operational efficiency an"

"My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally. First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone. The noise continued and no meaningful action was taken. This is a basic failure in enforcing their own rules and ensuring guest comfort. Second, the room I paid for was advertised as having a king bed but what I received was two single beds pushed together. I raised this with reception and was told this configuration “counts as a king,” which is simply untrue. It was not what was sold on Expedia. What made the situation worse was the poor customer service from both the hotel and Expedia. The hotel denied any responsibility and Expedia initially offered only a token goodwill gesture that didn’t reflect the seriousness of the issues. Between the policy breach, the misrepresented room and the lack of proper support, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this property and I am extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled by both the hotel and Expedia. I have videos with the sound of the dog that neither Expedia or the hotel took seriously but they can't be shared here!"

She was incredibly thoughtful in planning our travel itinerary and arranging our car journey to Badrinath Temple, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-organized Himalayan getaway."
