"Our stay was quite disappointing and did not match what we paid for. We booked 3 family rooms, but upon arrival, we were given standard rooms instead. When we contacted customer service, we were informed that the hotel only has 2 family rooms available. This raises a very basic question: if only 2 family rooms exist, why was the hotel allowed to accept a booking for 3 family rooms in the first place? Another major issue was that all our rooms were allocated on different floors. We were traveling...

"I stayed only one night and wish I stayed longer! The setting in the trees with Ganga below is just beautiful, so peaceful and refreshing and special. The design is also stunning (though the bathrooms are a bit awkward, I’d suggest moving the coffee/tea station out from the bathroom?). Staff were SO kind and helpful. I recommend that you visit!"
