Changed rooms and everything was fine. I did have to downgrade room and did not receive any compensation?? This was our 8th stay at this hotel, but will rethink it before booking again!"

"Waffle mix was not all that great. No seasoning on the waffle batter....it didn't taste all that great. Luckily, there was a chef (3rd party) who made a great omelette. I am assuming, we paid in tips rather than the actual meal price. Felt like that should have been included in the hotel price, even if it was one night stay at a discounted price."
