"No staff to assist with check in. Lovely big room Poor storage in bathroom. Had to download an app for keys which was only advised a day prior which was difficult without WiFi. Parking problematic(not the accommodations fault just a note) Loud at night with car hoons outside our window. No elevator and we had large luggage due to a 2 month holiday. No shower screen to contain water so bathroom floor was very wet. Only shampoo in shower no access to body wash."
