Our room was immaculate. We had some special last minute requests that were honored. We had a party of 10 for dinner and they put us in a private dining room. Overall our experience from check-in to departure was excellent. A 10 out of 10

Great Wolf Lodge Naples
Beautiful rooms everything was clean always had something to do for the kids at the hotel fun and interactive games for the kids from morning till night. We loved it so much definitely will go back.

Trianon Bonita Bay
Staff wasn’t overly friendly or helpful. No breakfast - continental breakfast was microwaved eggs on an English muffin & was overpriced. No laundry or laundry service. Pool was nice. Room was clean.

Inn on Fifth
Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the ...
