Noisy room
The room was nice, little tired in need of some tlc. Extremely loud room due to paper thin walls and poor door seals to loud street.

It may be a little difficult to locate the hotel but after that you’ll need a cover and ear plugs to sleep. Other that, you’re in a great location to get every where Naples!!

Stay was good , excellent location. Staff was great specially Brisilda who was always there trying to help for even small things . She is really hard working girl always smiling and ready to help . She recommended me great trattoria and we had a lively experience .

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for accessing public transport. There are lots of options for food right outside the hotel. Communication was excellent, our questions were answered really quickly via the Expedia app. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs with you for sleeping as Naples is a very busy city!

Amazing location, rooms were lovely, walls are a little thin but that didn’t cause any issues for us. Martina was very helpful even with our confusion over check in. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere central in walking distance of so many amenities

Good location and overall good experience. A few issues. Bath overflow plug was not connected, meaning we couldn't use the hot tub bath. Shower was also out of order. We were never told about these issues. We never saw a staff member during check in/out and never saw them during our stay.

Location is excellent! Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I booked 2 nights and stayed 5. Close to metro, restaurants, shopping and all the amazing sights. I walked everywhere. There is an elevator although there are a few steps to get to it. Napoli is a busy lively area and if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I would definitely stay here again.

Hard to access and weird entry - needed 3 keys and one fob for the elevator to get in. If you arrive late, you are in trouble.

great hotel, great staff, very safe neighbourhood and steps away from the metro, not to mention all the stores and restaurants ...even though we had a safe in our room we didn't really have to use it because of the steps required to getting in the facility. highly recommend this place.

Excellent Location , sleek and modern, very practical. The suites are in the 5th floor of a condominum building. Bernardo and Antonella are always available via Whatsapp and presentially available in office hours

What an amazing place. Only about a block and a half from the Toledo metro stop. This was by far the liveliest place we stayed in Italy and so many things to do within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, ours had the shoe shine theme. So many great restaurants within a short distance. We also were able to do day trips to Pompeii and Capri. We had Ana amazing time and felt completely safe our whole time in Naples.

Great hotel in the centre of Naples
The location was really good for seeing the whole of Naples. The hotel is in a big block of rooms/offices. The room was great apart from the drilling and construction work happening next to our room which woke us up at 8am every morning.

In the heart of Naples
What a lovely journey! This hotel is a cute and well equiped for a few days holiday trip in the heart of Naples. Antonella and all the girls were awesome, helpfull and kind. Rooms are very clean and the coffee they provide is very good. But the best of this hotel is the Cable Tv. Good choice & good people we felt like Sofia Loren A presto!

Short stay in naples
Just stayed here overnight as it was central to the shopping district and we were getting an early flight home. Taxi ride took around 20 mins and the taxi rank is 5 mins walk from the hotel The surrounding area can be a little noisy in the evenings because it is so central The air conditioning in the room was adequate but could have been cooler during the day The room size was good and bathroom amenities were provided ( shower gel / soap / shampoo / towels ) There’s a reception area for guests to make use of the coffee machine facilities / microwave / water and it was quite handy to have a sitting area to stretch your legs Overall the property is convenient enough for 2-3 day stay and the receptionist was very good and made the check in process very straightforward

Amazing hotel, definitely recommmend!! The staff was very kind and accommodating. We had a ferry to catch at 5:00pm and we checked out at 11:00am so they let us leave our luggage at the hotel for the day.

The actual suite was fine. Clean. But they gave us a small used toilette paper roll that ran out the second day....there was barely any paper left. That’s gross. And they didn’t even leave a spare. I had to ask for one. They says they have clean towels on the third day, which they didn’t do. The elevator doesn’t work. I can tell it hadn’t worked for a while. So we carried our luggage up 5 FLOORS. And we had to walk up and down those 5 floors very time we left and came back. There was no air conditioning in the building so have fun sweating that e tire time too. But there was good AC in our room at least. The shower was the one cool thing. It was very spacious and you could sit. I would say don’t even bother going to Naples at all. It was such a dirty unsafe city. Go to Sorrento instead. The pizza isn’t different so I’m not sure why people say it’s the best. I would not stay at this hotel again. It was annoying to get in and out, and it wasn’t as nice as the pictures led on. It was okay. I don’t recommend visiting Naples but if you must, this hotel would be okay if they fixed the elevator. Oh and they have free espresso that you can make in the morning. That was nice.

Hi, We are very sorry about the outcome. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the lift but it was solved the next day. As for the change of towels the cleaning girl changes them every two days, as specified at check-in, while the room is cleaned every day. Apart from that, I'm sorry you did not like Naples city, I can assure you that if you visit it is definitely appreciated! Best regards -Antonella
