Excellent location in Old Town area within east walking distance of major attractions. Staff was amazingly helpful - arranged to meet Chiara for a late check-in after plane delayed; and Max was so bubbly and helpful with recommendations. Plenty of cafes and patisseries in the area. Not the easiest entrance to find at night as signage / address is muted. Would stay again.

Right down in the middle of the old city. Excellent location! Our room had quite a few bugs crawling around on the floors. Looked like silver fish. Hope none stowed away in my luggage!

I loved everything about it. The owner greeted me with all smiles and helpful things. As soon as you walk out, there are so many stores. I loved the room!

Lovey hotel
Excellent, friendly host. Clean, comfortable modern room. Only feedback that I would offer is that it is not well signposted. A brass plaque on the street wall indicates that the hotel is on the fourth floor. The lift is also not signposted and so we carried our luggage up the stairs when we arrived.

The hotel itself is beautiful and staff was very kind. Surrounding area outside is dirty, noisy, full of graffiti, but safe. There are lots of restaurants and crowds of people all ages. At first glance, though, it's scary. Interesting place to visit.

Max, I assume the proprietor, is the nicest guy that we met in Naples. Rooms were all renovated, very nice. Renovated bathrooms as well!

This is an unusual hotel, in that it's on the fourth floor of a large buidling and has a small lift to get to the top. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. Sadly due to rule changes due to Covid, the jacussi was not available! The hotel is centrally located and there are some great places to eat and drink nearby. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would go again.

What makes this property is amazing is the staff—Our host Maximiliano went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and attended to every need we had. The hotel is very well kept, clean and centrally located in the centro histórico.

Naples isn’t the cleanest city I’ve been too, but this hotel is in a really good spot for the central area of town. The staff was great and the room was awesome. It’s not a full service hotel, but there’s plenty to make up for it. The rooftop view was great.

After a little time to actually find this hotel we were pleasantly surprised! Max came out of the hotel to find us and lead us in. You can’t park here so taxi dropped us off 1/2 block away. The hotel is quaint, clean, safe … and Max couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating. Right outside is a town square with many drinking and dining options. The hotel has a rooftop area where we took a bottle of wine and enjoyed the city lights at night. Highly recommend if you’re in Napoli!!!

Excellent 6 room hotel on the 5th floor of a historic building. Has rooftop terrace with scenic views. Kind and informative owner/manager, Max. Wonderful location on Spaccanapoli, the center of the old town. Amazingly quiet rooms, though surrounded by the bustle of busy Naples. Highest recommendation.

What was really nice about our stay is multi fold. First, the cleanliness and size of our room ( amazing shower btw) second location , we were literally in the center of everything. The hotel is tucked away so even though you are on a main street you hear nothing but silencie. The roof top is legit and large and even had s small jacuzzi/ pool . Lastly the service was great friendly staff at your disposal . Very happy with my choice

The roof top terrace was fabulous! Great view over the city with the back drop of Vesuvius and very peaceful in comparison with the rest of Naples. The hot tub was just an extra bonus together with the lighting.

Spotless, quiet and hot tub...
Stay at the hotel for 4 days, great location with bars full of people near by, rooms are spotless and so quiet. Hot tub at the roof top is great to chill out and with volcano view what else do you need. Very friendly place to stay and would recommend to everyone.

Super bien placé, dans un quartier vivant, l'hôtel se trouve en arrière cour à l'abris du bruit, ce qui est un luxe ! Que dire de la superbe vue sur le toit terrasse où on aperçoit la mer et avons une magnifique vue sur le Vésuve surtout de nuit. La chambre était super, literie très confortable, salle de bain géniale avec jets massants et baignoire pour se relaxer. Un grand merci à Max qui a été d'une gentillesse merci merci Max, tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons ! Laurent et Sandrine

Meraviglioso bijoux nel centro di napoli
Posto meraviglioso di recente ristrutturazione, letti comodissimi, bagno spazioso, colazione mediterranea, centro storico cuore di Napoli, tutte le principali attrazioni nei dintorni. Silenzio e pace lontano dai rumori, terrazzo spettacolare con vista a 360° sulla città di Napoli. Receptionist disponibile, professionale e molto gentile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente consigliato.
