Please note, you need to WhatsApp the owner your passport photo and a request for the building access codes. Don’t email or use the contact form on the website, as these don’t receive a reply. The manager was responsive on WhatsApp, and fixed a problem with the shower when asked. There were no blankets on the bed or elsewhere in the room. I would encourage potential guests to consider staying somewhere other than Naples. I am an expat, and have lived/traveled extensively in Europe, and I found the current condition of the city to be shocking. It is extremely dirty and feels very unsafe, especially for women. It’s a shame. Consider Sorrento if you are looking for a base to explore the area from. I love Italy, but I was very disappointed with Naples.

Wifi en airco werken goed. Mooie, propere kamer. De douche is een ander verhaal, veel schimmel. Een brede trap met 53 treden voor je het appartement bereikt. Had kamer 204 gekozen omwille van het grote bed. Ik had niet gelezen dat de eigen badkamer APPART gelegen was. Dus moesten we telkens de gang op om naar het toilet te gaan. Zeer onaangenaam.Napels is authentiek, super druk en er is veel te bezoeken maar 1 propere, of mooie stad vind ik het zeker niet. Onze uitstap naar Sorrento met de trein was het hoogtepunt.

Exceptional location; nice spot in Centro Storica for the same price as a dingy place elsewhere. Building itself is pretty old & worn, but Vittorio’s apartments are modernized, clean, AC’d, great wifi! The free daily breakfast at the cafe up the street was a sweet bonus too.

Buena ubicación, sin embargo al llegar a la calle, no hay nada en el intercom o telefonillo que indique que existe la residencia. Cuando hice la reserva (paga por adelantado) debían enviarme un código para entrar y no fue así. Un señor muy amable me indicó en dónde era y me abrió la puerta. Si vas por primera vez te puede asustar un poco las calles pero realmente está en un excelente sitio. En todo el casco, cerca de paradas de servicio público. Deben arreglar el tema de la cama. Es puro resorte. Me tocó la habitación 202 y la verdad es que era resortes. En comodidad cero. Si bien es un edificio antiguo pero el apartamento está remodelado. La chica que me atendió muy amable, todos los días hace la limpieza. Indican que tienen Netflix gratis pero nunca funcionó. Por otro lado, la habitación está bien equipada con aire acondicionado, tv, nevera. Pero la cama, no está nada bien.

Réservation pour 2 Nuits. Arrivée vers 17h, le propriétaire m'a transmis toutes les instructions via WhatsApp, avec photos et vidéos. Très bien placé, à 10 min à pied du métro. Point de départ de la navette pour une excursion à Pompei à 3 min. Petit déjeuner dans un bar au coin de la rue ( 1 café et 1 viennoiserie ). Propre, Chambre nettoyée tous les jours. Correspond à la description.
