Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very knowledgeable and friendly host that was waiting for us when we got there and gave good recommendations (food & attractions). Very convenient for train station access. Naples streets themselves feel quite unsafe and dirty.

Overall a good experience and the staff and owner are very lovely and helpful. It’s a great place to stay at if you don’t go in and out late at night. I don’t care what people say about Naples but it is not a safe place in late evenings. We were literally stalked by one of the dodgy characters that plague the Napoli Centrale when we first arrived. However, it does feel super safe once we got into the building’s gated courtyard.

Exceptional service
The absolute best service you’ll ever get at a hotel or BNB. If you’re visiting Napoli and want the best care, stay here. Also the location is more than ideal being at the train station. We’ve visited twice and both times were exceptional.

We LOVED staying here, and would definitely return. We’ve been full time travelling for a while and this was our favorite stay in Italy. For context, we are a small family with a baby. I think the thing that makes it are the owners! Super helpful, they gave a great orientation, local recommendations, and truly took the time to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you Massimo and Maria for a great stay!

The hosts were amazing. They did everything possible to make me feel welcome and provided lots of help and advice on what to see and do and where to eat in Naples. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I loved this small 5 room B&B. It is 2 minutes from the airport bus stop and train station. The owner was outside waiting for me, though he had given me clear directions. The small hotel is inside a larger building that has other small hotels. There is no sign outside listing the hotel name, but was easy to find. You go through a door and cross a small courtyard and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. I felt like I belonged to Naples and knew a secret behind a closed door. You need a key or key fob to enter the building and a door to the hotel before you get to your room, so I felt very safe. My room was very clean and comfortable, nice bathroom and small balcony over looking the street. The air conditioner worked well, it is hot walking around town. The streets outside the hotel had many restaurants to chose from. I was a little tired of pasta and pizza after 2 weeks and opted for Indian food and a place that sold the best roast chicken and potatoes. Don’t be afraid to try any of the ethnic restaurants. This was a great find, the owners Maximo and Maria were very helpful and always available by phone if you have questions or concerns, It was very personal attention. There are no amenities if you are looking for a bar or lounge but you are in the middle of Naples!!

This was just a one night stay before our flight home. The owner contacted me and met us at entrance and let us check in early. The place is basic but clean and for a short stay has everything you need including a little fridge with water beer and soft drinks at very cheap prices. We had a croissant and coffee for breakfast which was brought to our room by Massimiliano’s wife. She then organised a taxi for us at a reduced rate. All in all they were great and if ever in Naples again for a short stay would definitely stay again.

This property was a great find. Everything about the property and what the owner can control and organize was done very well with great attention to detail. The area around the property is beyond what the owner can control because it is the Napoli Centrale train station. But inside the palazzo and on the third floor you are a world away from the dirt and noise in the piazza outside the train station. I know what you are thinking, you think you should pass on reserving a place near the central train station. I chose this property because I needed to rest after an international flight and I wanted to be near the train station to start my journey early the next morning (thus limiting the time it would take to get to the train station). This property was perfect. It is a great find and I highly recommend it for its service, cleanliness, attention to detail, and the proximity to the train station. Massimiliano is a proud Napolitano and a great host. I recommend Napoli City Rooms.

Sparkling clean boutique hotel across from Napoli Garibaldi could not be more convenient for our needs. It was super easy to make our way to Sorrento, Pompei and Positano for day trips. Recommend and will stay again!

Great value! Conveniently located by the train station, which was also in walking distance to the tour we were transferring to the following day. Great communication by the owners. Room was spacious and updated. Also, best breakfast croissant we had all trip! The area itself is a little questionable at night so would recommend a taxi if you are arriving late. Great stay!

The staff and room were fabulous. They were very attentive and even greeted us outside the building. The room was modern, comfortable and quiet. Pastries and toast and coffee/tea and juice are delivered to your room each morning. It is very close to the central train station. The street that the property is on is dirty, chaotic, and has street vendors and pickpockets. This seems to be a pattern in large Italian cities. There are plenty of taxis at the train station. Use them to get around the city. Loved the property, and Massimo and his wife made us feel welcomed. If you can overlook the short walk from the train station, this is a good place to stay.

Mossimo and his wife were so wonderful with their amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure we arrived safely and gave us the best recommendations for food, attractions, and enjoying ourselves. We were so happy we stayed here- better than any other 5 star hotel services and the location is prime for walking to many places. The train station is less than 5 min walk, so we were able to get to Pompeii very easily. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Location is just few steps from Napoli station. For dining and shopping, it is 15 minutes away from main area . Room was clean and well prepared and the staff was very kind and helpful. He told us what to see during our short stay in Napoli. We thought Napoli was a transit city but all liked staying in Napoli when we left.

The owner/manager greeted us at the entrance which was nice. Clean and comfortable stay. Very quiet dispite being next to Napoli train station. Had a real nice time. We had to leave early for my flight and the breakfast was served early. Recommend without hestitation

The hosts were so unbelievably friendly and helpful and the rooms are great. Breakfast being delivered to your room every morning was a bonus. Location is convenient for many things but it is a bit of a rough area. If you are traveling in a group it would be fine but a solo female traveler might feel unsafe. Recommend catching a taxi if returning after dark.

Really great location and great communication from the hosts . We were running late due to the craziness of Naples winning the league but we were checked in really quick and luggage put in the room for us. Beds sooo comfy. Would have just liked a couple more home comforts in the room like glasses kettle etc but would definitely return

We had a great experience here even though we came late for check in due to a train cancellation. Though the area around the B&B was chaotic, you couldn’t hear any of the noise from inside the room. It was also super clean. It was a convenient location and the staff was very nice and packed us a simple breakfast cause we had to leave early in the morning.

Met by massimilano, he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Showed us into the building and how all the keys etc worked. Also recommended a great dinner restaurant!
