The Hotel was very dated and had no AC in our room. We were left to keep the windows open and here traffic all night. Once we settled in I asked the concierge if I can get food anywhere. He told me I was not able to have any outside food in the hotel since the hotel had its own restaurant as if that should matter?

The neighborhood looks sketchy, but the hotel is a haven, with easy airport access, great food, a lovely inner courtyard, and excellent security.

This hotel was very professional, elegant & lovely. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was upgraded to a large suite as a surprise to us. The quality of the accommodation was superior. Best of all was the free breakfast buffet. It was full of excellent food from hard boiled eggs to ham, cheeses, a wide variety of delicious pastries & croissants. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Would love to eat in the beautiful courtyard space. We were not allowed to do this. The restaurant was quite good. Small pizzarias and cafes nearby but not much else walkable. Had to leave before breakfast so cannot comment.

Property has a lovely atrium/courtyard. The bedroom was fine. Nothing special and a little dated but comfortable enough for a one night stay. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was quite average. We were a little late going to breakfast ie about 30 mins before end time. However, they did not at that stage replace anything that had run out e.g. ordinary bread or croissants. We thought this was a bit poor really.

The hotel is well placed for the airport and is really nice inside, for the price it met up to expectations. The area around the hotel is a little run down and not a lot to do. The drive to the airport by taxi cost 17 euros so not cheap for 2km. The staff speak good English and are very attentive. Overall for one night I would use them again, but not more than the one night.

Charming gem
On our way from Sicily to Dublin we had the opportunity to stay at this lovely hotel. We were just overnight guests but this was by far the most charming hotel we found. Beautiful style from once you entered. Staff helpful and friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel’s outside terrace. Food was excellent and very well priced. Loved that when we left the room, we need not remember to turn out the lights. Once we removed the key they just timed themselves out. So energy efficient. The area was not great for night but there was never a need to leave. Highly recommend this hotel , and would look forward to spending time there, should our travels bring us to Naples again.

I liked that the property had a antique feel from the decor of the common areas to the hallways. It was simple, convenient in relation to distance from the hotel.

Large king size room. Mattress thin. Adequate. Shower is set in with round glass doors, tiny. Binder. No English language stations out of 196 on TV. No English language newspaper. Staff understands reasonable amount of English. Good buffet breakfast, Which you can eat indoors or out in lovely courtyard. Rooms air conditioned, Ground floor and halls not.

Great hotel.
Beautiful interior. Modern with Italian traditional style. Luxury room at a great price. Close to airport was important for our night there. Not located in a tourist area with shopping and restaurants. Great business hotel.

This hotel was fine. The area around the hotel is a little rougher, but the hotel was fine. I added a guest a month before and was charged extra, and we didn’t have enough room. I wish I would have cancelled first reservation and added a room. It was too late when we got there to make any changes. Even though room rates dropped and rooms were available.

The reception staff was very helpful. Spoke english. Helpful recommending place to eat and getting us a taxi. Nice courtyard to hang out. When the hotel offered transportation to airport I thought it was a free shuttle. It wasn't . Good thing we had enough euros to pay the taxi. 6 euros each person.

Hotel is located near airport but far from city center - approx. 1h by bus, friendly and attentive staff. Clean room and adjusted for people with disabilities. Unfortunately hear what happen on corridor and a bit sounds from the neighbors but the worst was breakfast, nothing warm like pancakes or scramble eggs only one piece of cheese and ham, bread rolls, cereal, jam, apples but four types of cakes.

Dear guest, we thank you for the judgment. Did you not see our position when you came? On expedia it is announced that we are 4 km from the airport and 25 minutes from the center by bus. On expedia it is also specified that our breakfast is continental and includes fruit juices, hot drinks (coffee, tea or cappucino), yogurt, meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, jams, honey and nutella, seasonal fruit, bread, bread toasted, croissants, biscuits, biscuits and cakes, both savory and sweet, prepared by the Chef. I would have liked to have a window low enough to see out of. Staff very helpful, but would have liked dinner earlier due to very early airport departure. Lovely courtyard and dtprinks there in summer would be attractive.

Not very close to the airport as was suggested, cost 20 euros there and 17 back to collect the hire car next morning. We were also told that the tourist tax was £2.50 that evening but had increased to £3.50 by the morning!! Even after the receptionist told us also it would be £5 for the two is was now £7!! This was just the start of the Italians trying every trick in the book to over charge the tourists!! Would not go back to Italy again I'm afraid!! Also in a very unclean part if Naples - that's if there is a clean part!

Dear guest, we are sorry but I think you have misunderstood ... the tourist tax is € 3.50 per person per night for a long time. This money goes to the municipality not to us in the hotel, I'll tell you it's a favor that hoteliers make to the various municipalities. Greetings

The rooms, the decor, the cleanliness are excellent. a good restaurant. Wonderful location within an 8-minute drive from the airport. Great value for money. There is paid parking - 15€ per day. We did not like the receptionist's unwillingness. Volunteered information - including the password to WI-FI - only when asked explicitly.

I liked that it was as described by previous travelers in that it was possible to arrange taxi through the hotel and it was a lovely hotel in terms of cleanliness and decor. Also was pleased that there is an on-site restaurant as the area around the hotel is sketchy. What would improve the hotel is a coffee maker or tea pot in the room and a way to purchase breakfast food like just a croissant since I had to depart quite early before the breakfast that is included is served. The receptionist offered to make me a breakfast bag for the next day but it didn’t sound appealing and with no coffee, well if you are a morning coffee drinker, you know.
