Hot water does not work. Ran shower for 20 minutes straight and it never even got warm. Owners tried to con me into paying 15 euro city tax for my son (because I am a tourist) who is only 10 years old, so by Naples law he is exempt from the tax, which they fully well knew. They also kept trying to force me to pay in cash, so they could avoid paying higher taxes, even though they advertise that they take credit. After arguing with them that I had no cash and only card, they begrudginly brought out the cc machine, and took my payment. Biggest Scam ever. The free breakfast is a bunch of leftover pastries from the day before, that they leave out or put in the fridge. Nothing is fresh. Also they do not give free water bottles as advertised, just sink water if you want a glass. There was no spare toilet paper to be found, and no one to get assistance from in the middle of the night. The wife text me telling me her husband was there waiting for us, but No instructions on where the front desk is, what floor to goto, how to get there, nobody to meet us, etc. We had to take the lift up each floor, all the way to 8, to find which floor the hotel was actually on. Her husband was standing at the door on the 8th floor waiting for us, instead of coming downstairs to greet us and show us the way, or maybe assist with our luggage? Terrible service and instructions. Ac worked great though.
