Bon rapport emplacement prix

Le quartier est sale, mais on ne se sent pas en insécurité même le soir , en revanche il est situé juste à côté de 2 stations métro ce qui est pratique , notamment pour visiter pompei. A 5/10 min de marches on trouve pas mal de restaurants et bars très sympathiques ( du côté de la Galleria Principe di Napoli) , le petit déjeuné est tres moyen mais a le mérite d'exister, bien que servi en grande majorité dans de la vaisselle jetable - mais ça semble être commun a beaucoup d'établissement a Naples . Je trouve également dommage de payer un supplément de 20 euros pour arrive " tardive" (21h15) mais ce point était mentionné sur l'annonce . Sinon la chambre est propre , la salle de bain est grande , la dame plutôt gentille et au vu des autres annonces que j'avais vu le rapport qualité / prix /emplacement me paraît pas mal.

Vanskelig å finne riktig inngang/etasje. Inngangen er i 3 etasje (ingen skilt som viser deg dit.). Det var heller ingen i resepsjonen, og måtte ringe etter folk. Men, når alt dette var på plass, fint plasseting i forhold til gamle byen, personlig service7forkost. EN del bråk fra gate og tynne vegger (vi hørte alt hva de i naborommet gjorde)

NON è un Hotel come dichiarato ma un B&B al piano (2°). Accesso con ascensore a pagamento nei giorni feriali. Personale presente al mattino, a colazione (non prima delle ore 9 !!!) e il pomeriggio quando (?) rifanno le stanze; poi solo su contatto telefonico. Zona disastrosa per pulizia e rumore. Pulizia camera discreta. Stanze piuttosto rumorose. Note positive: vicinanza alla metropolitana ed altri mezzi pubblici.

Le "furbate" allontanano i clienti

Mi ha disorientato la richiesta, da parte del personale della struttura prenotata, di pagare, appena giunto in loco, il servizio perchè, a loro dire, quello effettuato all'atto della prenotazione su Expedia era stato "respinto". Quello che mi ha maggiormente allarmato è stata la constatazione che la struttura conosceva i dati della carta di credito da me utilizzata per il pagamento, dati che ha usato per procedere all'addebito, senza che ci fosse alcun problema per il prelievo; problemi mai segnalati in nessun'altra circostanza. Credo che la motivazione reale sia stata che dopo l'addebito, mi è stata offerta una sistemazione in camera "singola" (che nemmeno compare tra le camere disponibili) pur avendo prenotato e pagato per una sistemazione in "camera matrimoniale" (le uniche disponibili sul sito). Visto l'orario ed i miei impegni ho dovuto accettare per la prima notte.

B&B in ottima posizione vicinissimo centro storico dove ci sono le maggiori attrattività turistiche, personale disponibile ed esaustivo nel fornire suggerimenti ed aiuto , camera spaziosa e confortevole, pulizia giornaliera APPROFONDITA( mi era caduto sotto il letto un biglietto da visita personale..trovato sul comodino)colazione buona comprensiva di DOLCE E SALATO. Personalmente ci sono stato bene e lo consiglio. Tanto che per un successivo ritorno a NAPOLI è mia intenzione ritornarci.

Close to city centre and metro

Small B+B in an interesting,old multi-use property. Breakfast was limited but acceptable in what is basically an un-attended property. A person was there to serve breakfast and presumably clean the room but staff were certainly not present from late afternoon onwards. This was not an issue and the property felt secure. There is a Metro station within 40 metres of the property making getting around easy. The old city of Naples is in easy walking distance.

Ottimo B&B a due passi dal centro

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti da questo B&B per la sua posizione molto pratica e per la gentilezza del personale. Si trova in uno dei tipici palazzi ottocenteschi che si trovano nel centro di Napoli, con un fascino un po' retrò, che però lo caratterizza.

Comfortable and Friendly B&B

Very close to Metro station with good connections to main railway station and stops in main shopping area. The area is a bit rundown but there is an excellent restaurant on the opposite side of the piazza and the main shopping area is within walking distance. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had all that we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Ok but the coffee was dreadful (heated up in a microwave?)

Excelente y barato

Nos quedamos 4 noches y la verdad el trato fue impecable. Fueron muy amables. La zona no es la mejor pero está cerca de todo para manejarse caminando. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Nice find in Naples

Great find, glad we stayed here. The hotel is certainly suitable and its location at Piazza Cavour is good. Staff person Salvatore loves Naples and will help you appreciate the city. He recommended we eat at Capasso ("across the main street, down to the left a bit") which was our best meal on the trip - and also a real bargain. We'd stay here again. To know beforehand: The hotel is located exactly where stated, but because it's inside a building it's east to miss. The building faces the piazza. Look for the building portal and intercom at the address.

Ottimo soggiorno, posizione comoda, vicino a due metro, e a siti di interesse. La piazza antistante di notte non è il massimo, ma si può soprassedere... Il personale è gentilissimo, cordiale e simpatico, la camera comoda e abbastanza silenziosa. Peccato per lo scarico della doccia otturato e qualche piccolo dettaglio migliorabile, ma se dovessi tornare a Napoli prenoterei ancora qui.

Naples is a very gritty city and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in the Naples Piazza Cavour neighborhood. It is not in a "touristy" area. The hotel is near metro station for both lines, neighborhood resturants, markets, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Nice staff, great location

Very nice staff, clean room and great location extremely close to the subway and only one stop from the central station. Old town and the Archelogical Museum walking distance. Breakfast very good for the price with a lot to chose from. Wifi and AC in the room worked well. I am very pleased with my stay. The breakfast room did not hafe windows, perhaps that was the only bad thing!

nice hotel close to old town and metro

Nice hotel, friendly staff, basic but clean and nice rooms. Very good location, close to the old town centre, but also right in front of the metro Piazza Cavour, which is just one station from the main station and therefore highly suited for bussness trips. Breakfast is basic, but ok. Definetely order the cappuccino!
