The owner was lovely! We had a few issues finding the property/getting in but he was so helpful and came over to check us in. The room was huge, clean and had a good tv and other facilities. It’s a 10 minute walk from both the metro and train station and the airport transfer bus was a 5 minute walk too! They own a cafe across the road which we went every morning for breakfast- best pastries ever!

Nice, very clean, but confusing check in

The room was newly updated, and very clean. This is a family business (father and sons), and they were really nice and accomadating. This not quite an apartment and not quite a hotel, so check in was a little confusing. I was contacted about what time I was going to check in because they would have to meet me as they aren't staffed full-time. I showed up at the address given at the appointed time, nobody there. Turns out the link-up location was the coffee bar down the block. I think this should be highlighted. Otherwise, no issues

Situation : CAMERA E CAFFEE est situe derrière la gare dans un quartier sale et glauque Accueil : Personne n’était sur place pour nous accueillir. Avons du solliciter l’intervention d’hôtels.com et avons attendu plus de 45 minutes avant qu’une personne nous donne les clefs. Inadmissible !!! Literie trop ferme Réfrigérateur sale - Intérieurs des tiroirs sales Petits déjeuners composés uniquement d’une boisson et d’un croissant à prendre dans une cafétéria du quartier ; La description d’un petit déjeuner complet ne correspond en rien aux photos mises en ligne par le propriétaire. Absence de pantoufles et de bouteille d’eau minérale Avons été accusés d’avoir touché à la purge du radiateur de la chambre et provoqué une inondation le second jour par la personne en charge du ménage. Avons eu ensuite la désagréable surprise d’avoir l’eau chaude coupée.... A ÉVITER
