Art Street Hotel is unique in that it occupies two floors (1, 2) of a building that’s also used for residential and commercial purposes. You enter through a locked steel gate into a shared and unkempt courtyard, and you may wonder if you’re at the right place. You are. Once you’re in the hotel space, however, it’s very cozy, quiet, and safe with a good, if small, room. The staff, especially Marco, tends to your needs, calls taxis, etc.The breakfast is continental plus sliced cheeses and meat. All of this is at a very affordable rate and is convenient, within walking distance, from Centrale train station. We’d stay again on our next Naples trip. And don’t forget Mimi’s restaurant (unusually good with an interesting crowd) just around the corner. Marco can guide you to that and several other good restaurants.

A great hotel is you want to be centrally located, minutes from the main railway station, tram and metro. Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptional, especially Marco who was great for helping plan my visit. The house keeping was the best I've seen from any hotel in a long time.

Staff were so friendly and the place was spotless. The area seemed sketchy, but i would stay here again. They booked a tour to Pompeii for us and gave us lots of ideas for where to eat.

Amazing Hotel
We spent one night in this hotel. We were greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable worker called Nadia. She explained how the property worked and showed us a map of the city of Naples and labelled all the tourist spots. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. Shuttle service to airport was excellent. The only issue I had was with the MaitreD in the Italian restaurant. I had preordered my dinner and my visa was debited. He came to the table and said I hadn’t paid for it. When I showed him my visa account, he said the charge must be related to checkin, not the dinner and he wasn’t going to “give me a free dinner”. Eventually he went to the administration office and found the meal order had not been uploaded to my account. I insisted on receiving an apology and he added that it wasn’t his fault. The dinner was very nice and the servers were lovely. Unfortunately his attitude and comments spoiled my evening.

Close to train station and bus lines. Area around station was dirty and very busy. Hard to cross streets with many cars, motorcycles and pushy pedestrians. Hotel checked me into wrong type of room. Moved to new room two days later. On last night there was a note on door saying I was given a third room. All my belongings had been packed up without my permission. Lost my bottle of wine. New room a/C not good and balcony door did not work. Not a pleasant experience on the whole.

Dear Ms. Ellen, we are pleased that you have written a review of our hotel, so that it gives us the opportunity to tell you how things actually happened. She booked a double room for single use and she arrived and said she wanted the balcony. We kindly made ourselves available to change her room the next day and she accepted. We also notified the customers of the other room with which she had to. make the change and then the next brick went away without notifying anyone and leaving the other customers without the room despite this they tried the next day and the change was successful, then she made another reservation which included an additional day we got it advised that she would have to change because it was in a triple room and she had booked a single and we needed it for other customers but instead of waiting for the change she left without notifying us and putting us in great difficulty, we tried to contact her via messages on expedia and via cell phone but nothing, we are forced to take his things and put them in the new room with great care, except for a small bottle of wine which, abandoned on the floor, also dirtied the whole wall, despite this we pretended not to see the damage done and However, we always greeted and treated her with kindness, which always distinguishes our professionalism.I greet you cordially and wish you a good lifeMaximilian

The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was clogged with hair so did not drain and overflowed into the bathroom. The shared kitchen area was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time, particularly the sink area

Marco the guy at reception was very helpful.The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There was alot of noise coming from outside which made sleeping difficult also very limited breakfast.

Not the best.
The owners were lovely. They were very accommodating. However the property itself was very uncomfortable. The bed was was terrible. The halls and room smelt of mould and damp, the showered were grimy and the AC unit also had an abundance of mould growing on it. Rooms are extremely small, but okay for a couple hour nap ( if you’re able to ). Does not look like pictures on website, and unsure as to why it’s rated so high.

probably if the ratings of our customers are so high it is because it is not as she described it in the mid-evening that she was a guest in our hotel. Luckily not all of our customers think like you.

This property is an excellent value. Don't be put off by the immediate area around the hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location and immediately adjacent to much of what Naples has to offer.

A great place in s good location
Realtor Pleasanton staff. Good location bear The main train station. Not super nice at night safe. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Easy to deal with before arrival and they provided the information for arrival after the reception was unmanned. Got in near midnight due to a three hour delay for my flight. Slight weird smell in the room but opened the window and it was fine.

Fantastic little hotel. Very clean, quiet, super shower and air conditioning. Excellent breakfast which set us up until mid afternoon. Only thing we would have liked was tea and coffee in the room but outstanding value for money.

The hotel has easy access to Garibaldi station and the airport, and it's not far to walk to the historic centre. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is basic but tasty, with a great coffee machine for self service. The room itself was modern and well-appointed but needed to be vacuumed more thoroughly as there were lumps of dust on the tiles from the moment we arrived and I found a foreign hair on my foot. It's also great that the building was so secure, as the surrounding area is not particularly safe - one evening a drunk man did attempt to follow us inside.

Great Property, Friendly Owner, exceptional value
The owner was friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating. The property itself is nice, well maintained and modern. Our room was clean but on the small side (not that I expected something bigger). The bathroom was nice and very modern. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice as there was a selection of fruits, juices, omelettes and cereal.

Very old building, but it has internally been refurbished to hold the hotel on its 2nd floor. The entrance is shared with other businesses and it is very odd looking. All clean and pretty once you get to the 2nd floor. Staff excellent.

Awesome hotel and staff
The hotel was really close to the main train and bus station and approximately a 15 minute easy walk to the main centre of Naples which was great. The hotel was amazing - with so many lovely facilities, spotlessly clean, great and helpful staff and a super breakfast. I felt super safe too as the hotel used key pad system for every entry point. Cannot find any fault in it and would definitely stay there again.

La struttura è molto semplice ma funzionale, pulita, comoda per girare a piedi la città. Vicina alla stazione ma in zona tranquilla e sempre trafficata da altre persone. Non mi convince il check in on-line, molto comodo ma allo stesso tempo molto poco sicuro. Il personale è presente solo la mattina per cui noi prevedendo di arrivare nel pomeriggio abbiamo inviato via whatsapp copia dei documenti e il proprietario ci ha inviato tutti i codici per accedere al palazzo, all'appartamento e alla camera.....mi sembra molto poco controllato anche se comodo!!!

Accès à l’hôtel peu évident. L’hôtel est vétuste mais il semble que cela est dû a l’ancienneté de la ville de Naples. Concernant la propreté, je pense que cela dépend de chacun, encore une fois elle reflète un peu la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est très classique. Je recommande de le prendre en extérieur. Nous avons apprécié le personnel serviable et disponible et très aimable.
