Check in was quick and easy. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Nice clean bathroom and good powerful shower. Good comfortable beds. Parking directly outside and facility very handy to City and all other areas we were visiting. Had stayed at Palm City Motor Inn twice previously in a smaller 3 bed unit but felt the 4 bed unit we had this time was a cut above. Would definitely stay again when visiting Napier.

Receptionist was lovely and friendly. Such a lovely motel to stay the room was absolutely spotless clean, the bed was so comfortable to sleep on. We had a restful nights sleep. The motel is a short distance away from the city centre. The pool was nice and refreshing especially on a hot day. Highly recommend and shops, takeaways and bakery/cafe 1 min away from motel. Definitely would stay here again,, Thank You for a lovely stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t believe they would service the room on Christmas Day! Really appreciated and didn’t expect such service. Room very spacious for our group of five adults. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of plunger coffee :) appreciated the freestanding fans and AC in the hot weather. Not the most modern motel you’ll stay at but their service and plenty of extras makes it very worthwhile to stay here. Will stay again when in Napier. Thanks so much.

The staff at Palm City Motel in Napier were very nice and very accommodating. Unfortunately the room we were in had an odd and unpleasant smell and the main room only had very bright ceiling lights. Not the most comfortable room.
