"The rooms are very clean and appear to have been revamped recently. Parking is safe and easy. The best part of the hotel is the front office staff. They provide excellent customer service and have a way of making you feel very welcome. They provided me with great information on some of the wineries which was very helpful in planning my day trips. "

"The room needed updating. We ordered an uber who was turned away from pick up point. They closed the road to the main entrance to the hotel for wedding photos. No consideration given to guests being picked up."

"Property is basically a room for a condo. Owner is using pictures of the Silverado Resort. We could not use any of the amenities and we were told by their neighbor that we couldn’t have a dog (we paid a pet fee…) unless we were the owner and also advised we couldn’t use any of the amenities either. The property is a long walk from the parking area. The valet at the Silverado felt bad for us so they used a golf cart to bring our things to the room from the car. Expedia was not much help with our pleas and complaints. I wouldn’t stay there again."
