The person on staff who checked us in was kind and good at their job. They are the only reason worth leaving a review for. Also the one supervisor at Expedia who solved our issue after MANY emails and phone calls, and chats, with workers who sent us stock responses and were ZERO helpful. Other wise, Expedia gets 0 stars and this hotel gets zero stars as well. The trash can was full and the soap was used and the other staff were rude. As was Expedias. Would not use this service or hotel again.

The agents were wonderful! Area was quiet and conveniently placed for waking to shops and dining. Just a few updates will make this hotel more competitive. Ice maker was broken, but wait staff was able to give us ice. No fridges or microwaves. So make sure you bring a cooler. The carpet needs to removed for a more modern and germ conscious experience.

We liked the convenient location. However, we are rating the hotel poor. Housekeeping was bad. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, and dirty towels were left on the sink. One day, housekeeping didn't come to our room until 5pm. Definitely, will not recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, easy for walking downtown, and unlike most hotels does not require a two- night minimum. But you get what you pay for, the place is old old and the rooms are dirty and small. There is no parking so you have to park on the street. Worst of all the night we stayed there. A group of about 20 people came back from the bars at 2:30 in the morning and we're very loud and disruptive. They were asked to go back in their rooms but their room was next door to ours and they were just very loud till about 5:00 in the morning. I mentioned it to the staff person in the morning and they did not offer to compensate in any way

Very helpful and friendly front office help. Basic and clean room. Great location for restaurants and bars in the area and close to the river which is beautiful.
My brother and I were quite pleased by our one night stay at Napa Valley Inn & Suites. The location is in the center of town convenient to many eating and business places. The hotel has been nicely renovated. Carpets are due for upgrade but everything else has been taken care of. Nice beds. The host, Gary, was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. We look forward to staying there again!

The downtown location of this hotel was great . The staff was very helpful. The room was nice enough, but the bed was hard as a rock and the lack of insulation between the rooms made it so that you could hear complete conversation going on next door.

This is a motel. But very nice. It does not have some of the amenities listed on Expedia. The heater was a bit noisy and clunky.
