Hotel Chirag is offbeat hotel located ~4-5km from Bikaner City. This property is nicely managed very professionally by humble courteous staff. Hotel is neat, clean and proper hygiene maintained on sanitary stuff. This has pool, bonfire, big lawn and ample parking. Swiss cottages was awesome but bit cold on dec weather. Our kids loved the puppet show. Overall, an awesome hotel and highly recommend to spend a day or two there.

The staff is great. We were hosted by Swati at the reception who showed us our room.
We stayed at an extremely well maintained and organised space.
It’s a renovated area with the authenticity of it still maintained.
The chef and the dining staff are well trained, respectful gentlemen.
I am 30 years at the moment and the food/bar is in my top 10 places after having lived in India and Europe.

The Hotel has retained the originality of the palace intact. Options for food and drinks limited. The bar and restaurant was average. Otherwise service was courteous and respectful. They make you feel like a King albeit for the days you stay..

Without a doubt, this is one haveli we absolutely loved. Fabulous, in almost every aspect. Skip Breakfast There is more exciting food elsewhere, but dinner is a must. The menu is local, simple, and delicious, if you can have your meal outdoor, all the better. The rooms are of old-world grandeur, full of period furniture, reflective mirrors, oil painting portraits, and walls painted with intricate designs in gold. You feel like you're in someone's home, It doesn't have the finest of bedding...

Stayed for a night twice and loved the ambience of the hotel and the location that it is on the main highway. Gives a very "haveli" type feeling when you enter, however the rooms are very modern. The staff, especially the gentleman at the reception (sorry to have forgotten the name) and Ghuman Singh (Restaurant Manager) were excellent and super friendly. The hotel hasn't had a lot of occupancy due to Covid and maybe there were some initial hiccups e.g. TV not working, flies in the room, but...

We stayed for 4 days compared with most peoples one or two and were impressed with the service alongside the interior of this extraordinary historic hotel. Only faults were 1 plumbing problem - so we were moved and had the chance to enjoy an alternative glorious room ( all unique). And the evening dinner was rather bland whenever a foreign group stayed the night. Otherwise excellent and in the heart of the old city.
