We didn’t actually stay here due to the plumbing issue so they put us in their sister hotel nearby. They were very helpful in making sure that we were satisfied. They were still our first contact. Our room in the sister hotel had slow drain and Smokey smell due to someone smoking in the fire scape. They managed to move us right away and even put us in a bigger room. Overall the management was very accommodating to our needs and they even threw a free breakfast for our 5 night stay.
Location is near a subway station and there are a lot of local restaurants nearby.

The staff was so accommodating and arranged our transfers to and from the Airport as well. We stayed in the club room which was very spacious really clean and fantastic value for Money.
We certainly stay here again if we’re coming back to Beijing.

The hotel itself was generally as expected. Our room did not have a rainforest shower that appears to be missing as there was a toggle to switch between the regular shower head and rainforest shower. The clean up each day varied in effort which wasn’t great. Got extra pillows when asked for it so that’s good. The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to stuff like the palace museum and Tiananmen Square. Also close to Wangfujing st.
