You can either stay at the hotel and do all the activities they have. you can't get bored, or you can use it as a base to drive around the park. The people at the property are very very nice and helpful. They offered us several places to visit that were wonderful."

The bar too was a bit of an issue, however, this was made available to us and dining Al Fresco with a beautiful view was accomplished. Very nice people and a stunning setting. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. "
