"Staff was incredible! We made our check in at 2:30 instead of 3 and the front desk lady was very nice! The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this! The lobby lounge was supper comfortable and nice. Overall we had a great time:)"

"There was no staff in the front all/ most the time. When I saw one person ( not sure was a cleaner or staff) when I told her about my issue, she just wave her hand and didn't give a helpful answer. Also, I sent message to ask for help, I didn't get any responses from the hotel. The bottom part of washroom sink was not properly connected with the floor, when I opened the water , water leaking all over. The hotel knows about it, but didn't fix it before admit customers or notify it to the...
