"Appalled by what I saw, mold on the walls, dilapidated rooms with absolutely no amenities. Checked out within an hour, didn’t get any refunds and to boot took Expedia’s commission as well. "KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort."
