"The room was clean, and the staff was helpful -I know because I needed towels every day. No one every brought towels and I was there 3 nights. I had to ask every day, and after I did someone would bring them up while I was gone, but they never took the dirty ones away. So there were a lot of dirty wet towels under the sink when we left (2 people). Otherwise, the staff was very helpful, nice and the hotel is clean. I will probably stay again because they have no problem giving me towels. I think it's just an employee who doesn't do their work."

"They are in the process of redoing some rooms and swapping over to a different company and the room was not ready when got ready to check in. The jacuzzi tub in our room was dirty full of grit from the remodel, the a/c didn't cool the room down like it should have, the bed was hard and pillow was to soft felt like you was just sleeping on mattress and they should tell guest they start working about 7 in morning working on rooms"
