"I stayed at Sahana Castle three times this year and my stay was always convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, and the food at the Chettinad restaurant is great. It's also located opposite to the bus terminal which makes it easy for reaching other places. "

One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. "Location was great. They could have provided fresh towels. Had to ask for it. Rooms were bit stuffy as we couldn't open the windows. Otherwise its ok."
