"Rooms are very small, almost no place to put things, one door to the closet was missing, and the AC faceplate was held on with tape. However, the location and staff cannot be beat. If you are looking for a quieter part of town but still an easy walk to the nightlife this is your place to stay. The Butterfly Conservancy and Southernmost point are right across the street. Their restaurant was great as well."

"Pros: central location, close to shops, beaches, food, parking etc; multiple pools open all day; secluded pool area so you can relax without feeling like the world is watching; pretty cheap for KW; personal storage closets that lock with keycard Cons: not the most extravagant place, pretty mid; breakfast is not worth eating; we had some loud neighbors that woke us up at 4am one night as the walls are thin"

"The aircon is very very noisy which in turn means neighbours TV’s are extremely loud, I would imagine to drown out the noise of the aircon. You couldn’t swing a cat in the room, there is no wardrobe/nowhere to hang clothes and if you have a full sized suitcase then there is no room whatsoever. Eden house itself is to a good standard and is very pretty looking however it is let down by the noisy aircon and loud TV’s so was not a relaxing stay for me, it was a sleep deprived stay instead. Location it is a 20 min walk to the main part of key west. "

"Great location and very friendly staff. The room wasn't perfect. The floors had soft spots from being rotted out. And every evening there would be a bunch of bugs in the bathroom. They left their wings everywhere. We googled it and determined that they were termites. "

"Perfect peaceful oceanfront location with direct access to everything fun on Duval St. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around everywhere in the early morning to explore and capture the sunrise including walking Duval St. for dining and live music or shopping in the evening. I will definitely visit Key West again as I had a wonderful vacation."
