"We've got the harbor view and mountain view on the 12th floor. We love the hot spring, but wouldn't dare to soak in the cold spring for too long. The hotel room, staff and the food were all very good!"

"This hotel is family friendly, kids had great time here. They loved DIY pizza activity, and actually tasted really good. The game room, spa pool and library, kids didn’t get bored here. They also love the room setting. The breakfast buffet was excellent with variety of foods. They also provided afternoon and night snacks. We will definitely come back again."

"The male hotel manager on duty the night we check in was amazing, his service was outstanding. He changed our room for us when we requested for a different floor and even helped us with our luggage. The room was comfortable and had a tent for the children to play / sleep in. My 2 boys had a blast riding their bikes along the corridor and parking them right in front of our room. It might get a little noisy with all the kids driving around but it was really one of a kind experience and super fun for the kids. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall and hotel guests are able to book movie tickets for free as long as there are available seats in the cinema! Unique hotel and wonderful staff! A big thank you!"

"nice in room hot spring water to a generous 2 people tub. A/C is great, precheckin tea and snacks was nice. could use a in-hotel bar. wife loved the rooftop public bath for women, I did not try mens side as i was content with inroom soaking."

"We stayed 2 nights. This hotel is amazing for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I am from the US but I noticed most of the guests were (probably) from Taiwan, which makes me feel like it’s a highly popular getaway for citizens. They do have many activities, though staff told us that many of the activities may not be guided in English very much; that was okay with us. I did morning yoga each morning with the instructor Tsu-Wei, who was excellent. The yoga difficulty was somewhere between beginner and moderate, but she took the time to come around to individuals to help with form or offer alternatives to make the practice more accessible. She also very efficiently gave the verbal guidance in both Mandarin and English. We loved the breakfast buffet (included in our stay) as there were many options for traditional Taiwanese food of very high quality, and many western food options if you wanted them. We also liked the dinner buffet (an extra $50 USD per person) but not quite as much. We got room service for dinner one night, which was surprisingly high quality. Pool area is gorgeous with several hot tubs as well, though you can’t have food up there due to macaques and other wildlife potentially attacking. We did see some macaques! We respectfully kept our distance and they kept theirs. Overall, gives a very different and refreshing experience of Taiwan compared to the major cities. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel is fine for a short stay, it’s ten minutes walk from bus/train station. Seems more geared at tourist groups on tours I think. No real facilities to use and the breakfast was poor with next to no fruit etc Communication difficult if non mandarin speaker "
