"They should modify the hotel presentation: shuttle available means we call you a taxi. I’ve payed at hotel 25€ for taxi, and the taxi was booked for 4 people.
I’ve choose ghat hotel just because they had shuttle available… it’s a dissapointment for Van Der Valk chain."
"This hotel suited my needs a night near the airport for an early flight.
I booked it because it said restaurant on property. No so true breakfast and a bar that had some nuts. I worked all day and travelled to get to the airport, no dinner here and nothing close.
It was a place to stop and rest but no frills. "
"As a solo traveller with no car the hotels location was not as convenient as I'd expected an "Airport Hotel" to be.
A 27min walk from the terminal or a €13 taxi fare.
Other than vending machines for snacks and drinks, the only other options were a r vending machine in the car park or a petrol station about a 10min walk away.
The hotel was clean and tidy in general but the carpet on the 2nd floor corridor was very dirty.
Staff were pleasant and the breakfast as basic but adequate."
"Service and amenities have gone down overall. The hotel has made significant cuts in the service, room goods available, heating and breakfast which has been noticed straight away.
