"Room was clean, large, well-stocked, bed was okay. Hot tub was outside in the courtyard. Everything was great except that I had trouble finding the elevator on the very long second floor--perhaps a sign sticking out would help. Everything was up to my experience of Springhill excellence."

"Very clean room. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. That was a bit unusual that kitchenette had no tools or utensils, however, those were available at the front desk. We really liked that there was no distinct “hotel smell”. Will recommend."

"Staff was friendly and the building was clean and well maintained. The room, and bathroom were clean and the linens were all fresh and stain free. The process from check-in to check-out was quick and problem free. The value of the room was mirrored in the experience and money well spent and I would stay again in the future."

"From check in to check out I felt that the value I paid for my room was money well spent. Building has a clean, upkept appearance outside and inside. The check in was quick & problem free, staff was friendly and efficient at their tasks. My room was clean and had no unpleasant odors. The duvet, sheets/pillowcase smelled recently laundered with no visible stains or tears. Although the bed was more firm than I'd like, I still slept comfortably. Besides the body wash in the shower being empty the bathroom was clean and the towels and wash rags were fresh. The tv had several apps to select from and the pool was heated. While I didn't utilize them, there was a laundry room and gym for guests to use and in the lobby is a ATM and a snack store. Check out was simple, just inform the front desk of your room number and leave room keys."

"The only negative thing i can say is, the front desk didn’t advise us at check-in that I needed to request full room service every day otherwise, nobody will come to clean it. It’s not a complimentary service like other hotels. For the rest, very spacious room and clean. I fully recommended it."
