"It was a surprise the unit is virtually brand new and pretty high spec....no one on the desk not allowed to check in until 4. no cutlery or bowls and plates.no coffee or tea but there was a kettle and 2 mugs.the towels were tiny basic tea towel...we had 2 each .the view was good from the balcony..but remember and i made the mistake there are about 4 good beaches in busan and thisis not one of them but taxis are reasonably priced so just got on with it..busan great"

"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."

"Let’s start with the pros: really kind and helpful front desk, good location, shared balcony at the end of each floor that overlooks the harbor. Waters provided in mini fridge. Staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out for a few hours before our outgoing train, and even suggested what time would be best to leave so we would not be late for our boarding time. Cons: bathtub plug was broken so we could not fill up to take a bath. Ended up going to the free sauna. If you’ve traveled in Japan, this is not the peaceful experience of those hotel spas. It is the neighborhood bath for the elderly. At least 20 grandmothers gawking from the moment I walked in, made me so uncomfortable that I left after 3 minutes. Overall, would recommend if you’re planning on being out most of the day and using the room to shower and sleep. Close to the subway, and quite literally a few minutes walk from a few major sights."

"The Songdo Beach Hotel is within short walking distance of the Songdo Marine Cable Car, and the view—especially at night—is absolutely beautiful. There are also plenty of restaurants in the nearby Wyndham Hotel area, all easily reachable on foot. A special thanks to Mr. O at the front desk, who was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay! Daily cleaning service is provided. While the facilities are a bit dated, the incredible views and location make it well worth the price. The hotel offers simple breakfast. As for getting around, we used Kakao Taxi apps to travel everywhere, so we didn't check the local bus routes, but the hotel is conveniently located not far from Jagalchi Fish Market (FBB), Gamcheon Culture Village, and Busan Station."

"WOW! Beautiful hotel located by the water. The views were gorgeous! We walked along the beach and enjoyed the weather. I loved ADAN coffee shop nearby. We ate at the rooftop restaurant and enjoyed our meal. Staff was so professional. Cable Cars was walking distance. I will definitely stay again and again!!!"

They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals."
