"Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!"

"Some facilities should be maintained like refrigerator, boiler, etc. The bathroom cleanliness is below standard. "

"Each room has a balcony, which makes convenient to hang out the washing. There is a shared van from the main road to the Nakhon Sawan Train Station, which is priced at 12 baht per person. I would recommend this no-frills hotel for budget travellers."

"I have stayed many times in Mai Hom Villa Resort. Quiet,clean and comfortable and a good stopping point when driving between Pattaya and Northern Thailand. A small Big C shop and dining options are within walking distance. Plenty of undercover parking spaces available is a bonus. "

"Ok for short stay. Price was fair. It’s an older hotel and the staff seemed tired and over worked and quite likely under paid. It was ok for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay there again as there are likely better options available in a more walkable location "
