"The hotel location is great just 2 mins walk from Tenjin Station Exit 5. The hotel room is quite small if have 2 luggages but the room is clean, new and have Nespresso coffee machine. The staffs were attractive and service is excellent as they help to book a taxi to the airport and send us down to the hotel main road with umbrellas as is raining that day. I hope to stay in this hotel when I go to Fukuoka again."

"I am solo traveling Japan and the room, staff, and location were amazing in my books. Room was very much adequate to my needs as I found myself exploring the city and outside of it. Staff were always welcoming and very communicative with me, and the area hosted a lot of good eat spots to try the local cuisine. "

"Breakfast was great and delicious. Close to Hakata station which is great also. It will be appreciated if extra fee for the hotel stay will be noted during the booking. Extra fee is not expensive but still it will be great if the fee is posted on their website. "

"Breakfast not offered in hotel but in restaurant 2 floors below the Lobby. Quality of food on offer 3 stars or below. We paid over $330 per night for a small room, old furniture, old carpets and mattresses on beds almost as hard as lying on bricks. This hotel in NO WAY deserves a 9.4 rating. We were very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The only exceptional feature of this hotel was the staff. My advice is AVOID this hotel. "
