I think they need a noise cancellator in the rooms

Great hotel, fantastic position and great service. Bed a little to hard for my personal preferance , but choice of pillows avaiable. Couldnt fault it and would stay again.

Awesome location, but the hotel was very dirty and seemed lacking maintenance like I did not expect it to be look in such rough shape considering it has such a high rating in Expedia. But the staff was fantastic

Staff was truly wondeful

I had a mixed experience.On the positive side, the location is quite convenient. The hotel is right next to an airport bus stop, which makes transfers to and from the airport very easy. There are also restaurants and subway stations within about a 10-minute walk, and the area itself is quiet which is great if you prefer a quieter stay away from the crowds. The hotel is also clean and well-maintained overall. However, the experience starts to fall short once you get to the room. While the lobby and grand entrance create a strong first impression, the rooms don’t live up to that standard. My room was quite small, very dated, and in serious need of an upgrade. It felt out of sync with the otherwise polished appearance of the hotel. Considering the relatively high room rate, the lack of flexibility from the staff was disappointing. Early check-in was not accommodated, and late check-out came with a fee of ¥3000 for the extra hour. This felt unnecessarily rigid, especially compared to other boutique hotels I’ve stayed at, where staff were far more accommodating and guest-focused. The breakfast buffet was fairly underwhelming. Overall, while the hotel has some logistical advantages, the outdated rooms, lack of flexibility, and average amenities make it hard to recommend.
