Ultimately a brilliant hotel and breakfast. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Lovely beach location! The staff were very attentive and responsive. We stayed here for our first night in Sri Lanka. The hotel is a good location for the airport and was a very good nights sleep after a very long day travelling.

Terrace Green is just 15 minutes from the airport and pick-up is free. A good quiet place to relax after a long journey. The staff are very friendly, and although we arrived early, our room was made available (at a small cost). Breakfast the following morning was enjoyable, all cooked to order. A good place to start a holiday in Sri Lanka, we were picked up on the 2nd morning by our tour guide, suitably refreshed and ready to go.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent locally sourced food, a great environment policy and the amazing 100m swimming pool. Its not a family hotel as such, however there was a babysitting service and a good choice of food for children. The pool is 4m deep (no 'shallow end' although there are steps). The suites have a twin room suitable for children. No beach, although limited watersports on the lagoon.

the hotel was right on the beach. We had a seaview room which was large and roomy. The room was kept very clean. The facilities at the hotel were very good. All the staff that worked there were amazing and could not do enough for you. The anamation team made sure that guests were occupied during the day.You were made to feel like a person rather than just a number. The pol was kept very clean. The food was varied although most dishes were spicy there was something for everybody to eat.

Friendly and helpfull staff

I stayed at this hotel because it was reasonably close to the airport, and on the beach, and would have been happy with something quite basic, but the quality of service and facilities was more than I expected. It is also the first hotel I have ever stayed in that outlines a clear policy of zero tolerance of child abuse and gives directions to guests as to what they can do if they observe something untoward. It also practises the vaccination and speying of the street dogs around the...

The hotel and staff were excellent. Can't wait to visit again

Very nice hotel, right on the beach. Nice long Beach, great for walks. Breakfast and dinner selection was very good. Staff were friendly and rooms were comfortable.

We had a wonderful few days at this hotel. The pool and gardens were wonderful. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed, easy airport transport option available. I had an issue with the ATM at the airport and staff went above and beyond to help me solve the issue and ensure a good start to my trip.

The hotel was absolutely incredible. Its surroundings were beautiful. We stayed in the Courtyard Suite and it was huge. The staff made the stay so special, and food was stunning! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! Thank you!

Lovely family

Room was clean. Breakfast was simple and good. Water temperature for the shower wasn't too hot. And wish there were some more toiletries provided. Like shampoo and toilet paper.

Yes

I recently stayed at Wattura Resort and Spa, and let me tell you, it was beyond awesome! Right from the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family, making us feel so welcome. The service at Wattura Resort and Spa is out of this world. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. They helped us with everything, from getting around to giving us awesome suggestions for family activities. They really cared about making our stay unforgettable. The food...

This hotel is hidden away in a busy part of Negombo it is very close to the airport and it is right by the beach. The great thing about this hotel is that it only has 16 suites so it is quite private . The rooms are lovely and spacious with good seafront views and the staff maintain the rooms well. The only downfall would be that there is set menu for breakfast this may not be suited to everyone and we have provided feedback to the hotel manager who appreciated the feedback. The hotel has only...
