"It was a perfect hotel, very comfortable room, nice restaurant and delicius breakfast. It is located in a beatufil area and a perfect view of the Haifa Gardens. There is parking spots tight near the place. Service is excelent."

They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service."

The exceptional customer service was evident throughout our stay, the delicious and generous breakfast served in the morning was a delightful surprise.
