Very nice hotel in the centre of Budapest and within easy distance of various attractions. Overall the condition of the hotel was great however there were a couple of minor issues within my room, hence the slightly lower rating in this area, namely a loose light switch upon entering the room and the shower head has a slight crack/hole in the casing. Staff were very attentive and made checking in and out a breeze.

The reception really need to learn how to take a honest feedback attentively. If there is a issue with the morst important part of the hotel stay which is the sleep then please dont make remarks like you are the only one with this problem.
