The hotel is very dated, and there were stains on one of the chairs. There are no closets, so storage is limited. The dresser was old and chipped. There is no water pressure in the shower. We appreciated the powerful air conditioner in the 100 degree heat. The room itself was clean. The fridge was spotless. The silverware, however, was filthy. There is no elevator, so getting up to the room was complicated. Also, there is no pool, even though the amenities said there was. The location is awesome...practically on the beach. It is near restaurants and ice cream shops. A quick drive to everything!

This is a nice motel. It's not fancy, but is comfortable, clean, and is oceanfront. The kitchenette enabled us to not have to eat out every meal. It has a nice indoor pool and hot tub for the winter.The staff were great.

First room was decent. Second room was awful. Smelled, fan didn’t work in the bathroom, there was sand all over the floor as if the room which I’m certain wasn’t cleaned well. I needed up sleeping ontop of the made bed and used my own blanket. You only have a view of the beach from the 3rd floor. Otherwise you look at nothing but a massive sand dune right out front. Very misleading! I actually wished I would have continued my stay at the Swell Motel. They had kayaks and hikes free to rent for the day and so much more!
