Very clean hotel, friendly staff and convenient to the station.
Large clean rooms, really great breakfast buffet and amenities. The only thing for me was that it was a little farther out than I expected so getting to local attractions took time but overall I had a great experience here and would return.
The hotel was v near and well maintained. The rooms were well appointed and spacious considering its near the city center. It has free shuttle to Nagoya station, which helped ease the travel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel
Absolutely beautiful views and room. Food variety was mediocre, but much cheaper than other similarly priced hotels so was definitely worth it! High quality and excellent flavor, just not a lot of choices if you're with picky eaters. Staff is very friendly, and ultimately make sure you book some time to enjoy their afternoon tea service.
Room is a bit small but good soundproofing. Free parking is available for Gold members. Staff service and buffet breakfast were good. We were happy with the stay.
A beautiful modern hotel with a stunning entrance lobby. Service was excellent and the room was well appointed, though a bit cramped. A wash/dry laundry machine inside the room was a nice surprise. Overall great hotel although in a slightly dead area away from the train station.

Clean room with enough room supplies Would be helpful if they had a launderette
Very nice and comfy hotel room, also clean and tidy. Surprisingly the room has microwave and washing machine which make more convenient. The dining esp the afternoon tea looks nice but didn't have time to try. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only shortfall is not close to the Nagoya Station, but they do have shuttle bus service. Overall a very nice hotel.
Good location and surprisingly quiet. High quality rooms. We ate elsewhere as the restaurants and bar were a lot more expensive than nearby options. Room was well maintained and clean other than long dark hair on the carpet. Staff were excellent.
Our room was clean and quiet even though there are many train tracks in the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable; the toilet and bathroom were in separate rooms which were great.
Customer service needs improvement; staff at the hotel lobby and restaurants on the first floor didn't appear too friendly.
Do yourself a favor and book this hotel! What a gorgeous gem of a property in Japan. I stayed at many other hotels during our trip and this one was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had the service to match its luxury styling which is the most important part. I managed hotels for years as well as travel often with lots of luxury travel thus honestly I’m hard to impress and this hotel did. The lounge and resturants have such a calming, enjoyable, fine experience. The room and the beds were the most comfortable of the trip, and care was clearly taken by all staff to provide a great service. I was very impressed.
