The hotel location is near to subway and department store. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. I found I missed one of the bluetooth ear phones when I arrived in airport. I had not use it except in hotel room. Thus, I am quite sure the ear phone had left in the room. I tried to call to the hotel front desk but your side replied that my room has been used by another customer. Your side could not check the room at that moment. Please help search it🙏 I'm looking forward to your reply！

スタッフの方の丁寧な対応と、利便性のよさ、ホテル自体がキレイでとても良かったです。 モーニングをしに行きたいと思い、カフェを調べると徒歩数分圏内に沢山あり、駅近で利便性も大満足でしたが、繁華街ということもあり、深夜まで外の人の声が聞こえてきてうるさかったのが残念でした。 防音設備がもう少しあれば文句なしでした。
