Convenient for jet boat to Tsu across the bay. Weird shuttle. Can drop you off at aIrport but not pick you up. You have to walk through concourse and enclosed walkway to end up 400 neters from hotel. There's where the bus can pick you up. But by that time you might as well walk the rest of the way.

Wonderful staff. Conveniently next to Nagoya Airport. Stayed here for the Japan Grand Prix and have no complaints. This is the best place to stay if you’re planning to attend the F1 race at Suzuka Circuit. Easy access to the JR and Metro Subway lines. 7-11 nearby if you prefer not to spend money on grab and go food at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Second stay here and will stay again on our visit to Nagoya, train station is close as well as Airport terminal, can be used as a home base for day trips around Japan,,,, definitely stay again

A nice gateway with an ocean view
Everyone was very helpful at the front desk. We ate at a restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere with a view of the bay. Liked: 1. It was an easy walk from the airport, (although the sings were not very helpful especially once you have left the “Access Plaza.”) 2. Free (ample) parking 3. Separate bathroom and bathtub 4. Quiet 5. Helpful and accommodating staff 6. Three elevators 7. Service at the restaurant 8. Non smoking facility 9. 10% off dining for overnight guests 10. Barrier free layout of the room Wish list: 1. Chairs by (and inside) the elevator would have been helpful for elderly guests 2. A small table in the room would have been helpful. The writing desk was not too functional for some reason. We used a luggage rack as a table. 3. Additional coasters in the room (we only found the ones in the bathroom.) 4. We parked near the smoking area in the parking lot without not knowing its presence. Wish it had been in a more remote area 5. Take out portion for breakfast for early departures

Easy to locate and very convenient to the airport. The shuttle bus driver was exceptionally outstanding in service. He was polite and made the extra effort to drop me off at where I need to go at the airport.

Pleasant stay
We enjoyed our stay; the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room felt a bit cramped with our luggage but was otherwise comfortable. We were moving and so had several bags, but even with just a couple of large suitcases, it would have been a tight fit. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom, but I disliked the barn-style door. The breakfast was good, but a bit overpriced.

If you have chance to stay around Chubu International Airport again, please try to stay premium king or Junior suite room. It is bigger than standard king room. Reasonably priced luxury. A few minutes walk from the airport or take the free shuttle. A room was available, so I was able to check in 30 minutes early. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet - was on the top floor and didn’t hear anyone. Long bathtub with shower area next to it. It’s part of the luxury. I’ll keep coming back!

Excellent airport hotel
The hotel is modeled after a cruise boat, with the room styled after a stateroom on a ship. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had an excellent view of the harbor and the sunrise. The Central Airport is just a few minutes walk away. The bar has a billiard table. We played a feel games of pool while having a late night drink. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks good English. Overall, this is an excellent airport hotel and well worth the money.

Over priced food and drink; AEON Mall shuttle
Very OVER priced food and beer. Walk a few minutes to another hotel or toward the Dream Liner (or even airport terminal, do not need ticket to get to food court or observation deck inside and places are open till 22:00 / 10:00pm) for far more selection and options; far more typical prices expect for food and drink. Also, free shuttle bus to AEON mall (and Costco across street) from airport; bus stop 9, and only 1 stop on train (need the local service and ~ 150 yen / $1.50).

Cool vibe. It’s in an awkward distance from the airport, too far if you really have a lot of luggage yet the shuttle bus service is too short a journey to spend the effort to move up and down the luggages. Hotel staff advised us to take the bus, but when we get to the bus a lady told us we can’t take the bus it’s only for her group, and there isn’t any staff helping with the situation, so we end up walking.

Very good airport hotel. Clean, spacious rooms.
An excellent stay. Conveniently located beside Nagoya airport and Tsu ferry. A short taxi ride to the airport departure gate ( approx 700 yen) can be prebooked at the hotel. Free shuttle to and from Tsu ferry. Hotel is clean, and spacious staff are friendly, helpful and efficient . We ate a satisfying casual dinner at the bar restaurant. A second restaurant is also available. Nice view of the harbour from the room. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
