"大浴場が利用中止、トイレの便座が死ぬほど冷たい、部屋の灯りがめちゃくちゃ暗い、禁煙ルームのはずなのにタバコ臭い、鹿児島県知事が来る地元の宴会が入っているから と危うく駐車場が無くなるところだった。朝食のご飯は食べ放題だったが、冷えてたのはなぜ？"

The room was a spacious, 4-room/section place in a 120-year old cottage style, with modernized bathroom, nicely made in traditional onsen style. Better signage for the breakfast location would have been helpful. "
