"The staff was really helpful and helped me with the lock and ordered a taxi for me. I just use it for one night and I wanted it to be close to the airport. the limited options without a car was a lot less important to me than the nice mattress abd the non smoking policy."

When I checked in, I did not realize that I booked a room in the "port area," which is basically rooms for people who bring their dog(s). Our room was on the 2nd floor, and it was difficult for my 91-year-old dad to go through ups and downs (The staff was willing to change our room if it was available), and we had to take a bus to get to a hot spring, also...

"This is a fantastically located 55 room property in Nagasaki! Located 5-10 minutes walk from the Atomic Bomb museum, peace park and the hypocenter. If you’re going further it’s a 3 minute walk to the “Atomic Bomb museum” tram stop and trams are a great way to see things in Nagasaki. The tram gets you close the Fuchi shrine ropeway station (10 min walk), Dejima (cross the street and Glover gardens. As much as I loved this property and its location what made it “top notch” for me was the staff....

"We love the Nagasaki Hotel Forza. Our bed was comfortable and they finally have Wifi available in every room. It's located in a shopping mall and Nagasaki is an easy place to walk in. There's a lovely pastry shop right across from the hotel as well as a few located very close to it. It's an easy street car right from Nagasaki Station. You can also take street cars to the Atomic Bomb Museum and to Glover Gardens. Cafe Hirai, our favorite breakfast place, is an easy walk away from the hotel. "
