駅ビル内なので、新幹線を降りて直ぐに荷物を預かって頂き、用務先に身軽になって出向くことができました。お土産を買うお店や飲食店も近く、べ便利です。室内は少し狭く感じましたが、ダブルベッドの硬さがちょうど良かったです。

チェックインが便利

いつも快適なので毎回利用しています。 降雪の予報があったので新幹線を使いました。現地は雨天でしたが、駅の改札から外に出ることなくチェックインできるので便利です。毎回楽しみにしていたフロント前にある無料のコーヒーサーバーが故障で使えなかったのが残念でした。また、5Fにある電子レンジも故障で使えませんでした。あてにしていた夕飯の弁当が暖められず残念でした。次回の滞在時には使用できることを祈っています。

駅直結で便利なんだけど、夜8時半すぎは食事できる店が限られていて、かなり歩いてファミレス探しました。コンビニは有るけど小さくてお弁当もほぼ売り切れ。

終電車が過ぎた後は静かで快適でした。電車が通る時間帯は、どうしても音と振動を感じる事が有りました。買い物や食事は、駅中と近隣スーパーや商店街が近く便利でした。

長岡駅から外に出ることなく、チェックインできる点が魅力的です。 ロビーは狭いですが、部屋は十分快適です。 駅東口に隣接する駅レンタカーの割引はとても便利でした。
