Anastasia was lovely upon check-in
The hotel was in a brilliant location in the old city. The room we had was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in for the last 3 weeks whilst travelling Greece.
The beds are very comfortable, and there is good sound insulation in the room. Much better than staying at a chain hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly situated in a beautiful main square close to many sights. The staff was so friendly, helpful and wonderful - at the hotel and restaurant. Anastasia gave us such great local tips that helped us get to know beautiful Nafplio. Definitely recommend!
We highly recommend this hotel! The room was clean, nicely furnished and the bed was super comfortable. Anastasia was very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to 1 of their rooms (#105) with a balcony overlooking Syntagma Square. We will look forward to staying at Xenon Inn when we return to Nafplio next year!
The best location in town, on the main square. We loved the suite, although it can be a bit noisy with everything that's going on under the windows.
The included breakfast, at the restaurant downstairs, was of inconsistent quality, but overall, an enjoyable way to start your day.
Would happily come back!
Stayed at Xenon in 2017 and was the perfect stay for everything surrounding. Cleanliness was A along with complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when in Naphplio.
Great location walking distance to bus shuttle from Athens, restaurants, shopping ,water front and right on the square. Anastasia was amazing to us super sweet and made sure we were taking care of. I would definitely go back .
The room was excellent as was the service. I felt we received the royal treatment. The girl at the front desk was always ready to help. Our breakfast was served in our room and we ate at our balcony that overlooked the Sindagma square and the fortress. An excellent breakfast. This hotel is in the heart of everything. Shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, the archeological sites. Very nicely furnished rooms and spacious with tall ceilings. Big bathroom, nice kitchen area.
The negatives: there is no parking at the hotel. There is a public parking lot not far away but during peak months it is nearly impossible to find parking, so we had to park far away. There is a place you can drop off your bags that is close to the hotel. Also, initially we had a hard time to find the hotel. The sign is a little hard to see. Our inconveniences was compensated by a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit. A very thoughtful gesture.
You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the room which may be a challenge for people with mobility difficulties. The hotel is directly above the square and there is noice until late at night. It didn’t bother us, but if you are sensitive to noice this may be a problem for you.
We enjoyed our stay very much and I would stay there again.
Small boutique hotel but it's right in the middle of the Town Square. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. We would come back to this property next time we're back.
We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a perfect location, clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will be back!

Anastasia was very pleasant and helpful. Early check in - no problem. Best area of town. The room was very nice
It was hard to find at first because I couldn’t see the sign, it’s hidden behind the restaurant. The lady that checked us in was very nice.

No hot water
The room is charming but don't book here if you would like a hot shower. The first night we were going to use the jacuzzi but you cannot get enough hot water to fill the tub above the jets... Even if you are in the tub. And there is no hot water at 9 am in the morning.
Avoid this hotel if you desire to actually sleep! First we arrived and our GPS kept taking us to pedestrian streets as it turned out there was not parking as promised. You can park in the town common lot for free. Then we go to reception only to have to wait for someone to come over from the sister hotel to register us. We were then let into a room with a circular bed and a ton of mirrors! The bed was basically a piece of foam on a board and as it was circular I was too long for the bed! We woke up feeling as if we had slept on the floor! When we asked for another room, matching our description on the reservation, they indicated that they were sold out. The room was then designed for instagram and not for sleeping. The curtains did not block out light. The refrigerator door was see through so light streamed out of it lighting up the room all night (I had to use a blanket from the bed to block the light). The room was worn overall. The “hotel bar” was really the same owner having a separate bar downstairs. Overall not as advertised! Avoid!!!
Her manglet det ingenting!
