"Our flight was diverted to Vigo Spain, we could not land in Porto it was to foggy the hotel front desk they were on top of it all the time. By the time we arrived to the original airport by bus they were waiting for us. Great great service."

"Hotel was in an good location however room was small and dark. We complained and they moved us to another room with a little more light. No view in either room. Hallways were dark and depressing. Breakfast was average nothing exceptional. Had to ask for the free bottle of wine. Was not offered"
