"Absolutely unique property in the heart of old Patiala. The management team, led by Deep Singh, has painstakingly brought this heritage site back to its prior glory. Service was attentive. The property is brand new and the team is working hard to optimize the guest experience. The gym is sufficient. We did not use the spa services. The pool is picturesque. We enjoyed a chef orchestrated meal at the restaurant which was well done. The hotel bar/lounge is a fun and swanky space. Overall wonderful experience and look forward to see the continued enhancements during future visits. "

"The hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room. I also modified my reservation before arriving and before the cancellation time, but the hotel did not honor this and charged me extra even though I followed all the policies. Would not recommend that you stay here. There are plenty of nicer hotels in the area that will actually be clean and won’t try to scam you."
