"The staff was friendly and service was good. However, rooms weren’t ready by 3PM. One room had ants and needed to be swapped. Another room had a plugged sink and the shower wouldn't stay on as the water pressure was low. The hotel took 6000 pesos for deposit and took 15min after checkout for them to confirm the room was good. They should’ve told us in advance as we were in a rush to leave. Towels at the pool were also difficult to get and they confirmed the room before handing over the towels as if we wanted to take them. Breakfast was ok, good selection, but not the best quality. Overall experience could’ve been better but too many issues to be considered a comfortable stay. "
