"Very clean. Very utilitarian. I found the common areas basic but clean, and the staff was always available for help. Beds were comfortable and guests (in a 12 bed room) were quiet and respectful."

"Excellent location, staff very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with great variety. Rooms were clean but need to understand the electronic control board, we didn’t know that you have to press a button for the room to be serviced. A bit noisy because of the tram . Rooms are typically small with no closet or drawers."

"The room was tidy and staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices! Our reasoning for not giving 5/5 stars was because there were some small areas of mold in the shower, and the room was very warm, which made for an uncomfortable sleep, despite turning the air as low as it would go. Overall, the experience was great though, and we would return if we had the opportunity."

"Very friendly staff. Property very clean and well maintained. The room was a 1 bedroom apartment. Plenty of room, we slept 3 people. The pull out couch is 2 separate single beds inside. So you can just pull out one side and still sit on the couch. Cool feature. I used the laundry room, the hotel will provide you with the laundry soap for Free. You pay for the washer and dryer. Will stay here again for sure. There is a noodle restaurant across from the hotel that is a must!"
