Na Sameng Trip

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Room was clean. Water pressure in shower good but water wasn’t as hot as I like. Check in was a bit difficult as first check in machine didn’t work. Check out was smooth.

Over all a decent place. The shower was really gross had the previous guest hair stuck all over the walls. If you’re wanting a spotless room this won’t be the place for you.

This is the 4th time staying at Planet Hollywood and I hate to leave poor reviews, but this visit of 5 days was awful. We had our room cleaned once and had to complain on day 3 because we only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes and wanted fresh ones. First world problems I know, but we are paying for a service we weren’t receiving. I also had to complain that our shower would not drain twice and still was not fixed by the time we left. The worst part was they charged us 4 nights of valet and we didn’t have a car. Check you receipt before you check out. Very disappointed because I love the location. It’s close to the race start and tons of restaurants located really near by.
