The rooms need to be updated a bit. Beds are not super comfortableThe elevators are horrible!! There were 10 elevators and only 2-3 operable. There was constantly a crowd waiting.

The room was spotless, the staff was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful and in the heart of where we wanted to be. Times Square, the Rockefeller Center and theater.
We just thought the room was a little small for the price we paid. That is why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

The room is a great, detached bungalow type accommodation. It was very quiet, there are quite a lot of dogs - all seemed friendly. We really liked this place. It is about 15-20 minutes from Ban Dung, not too far, but I think you need a car if staying here- this is the advantage of being in a quiet ...
